“We went on this tour hoping to have an enjoyable experience. We booked for the boat trip cable car and antalya and waterfall with lunch. Day before we were told the cable cars were not running and we would receive a refund for the cable cars which we never received. The visit to waterfalls was for 30 mins which we would have liked to have stayed longer. But it was either 4 hours shopping or boat and lunch would probably take about and hour and 30 min which left over 2 hours shopping. The boat ride had no commentary and no option of drinks as we were not offered any.…”
